Shō Sei ( 尚 清 , 1497–1555) foi o rei do Reino Ryukyu de 1526 a 1555. Ele foi o quinto filho do rei Shō Shin , a quem ele sucedeu.
Shō Sei suprimiu uma rebelião em Amami Ōshima em 1537 e tomou medidas para melhorar as defesas contra wakō naquele mesmo ano.
Shō Sei morreu em 1555 e foi sucedido por seu segundo filho Shō Gen .
